1. Digital Service Delivery

ForeverQRcode is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. No physical products are delivered, and no physical shipping is conducted.

Upon upgrading to our paid options (Annual Plan), premium tier features and limits (100 QR code limit, ad-free instant redirects, dynamic scheduling) are provisioned **automatically and instantaneously** to your user account once the checkout is complete.

2. Refund & Withdrawal Policy

In compliance with Consumer Protection Laws and Distance Contracts directives, **agreements regarding digital services executed instantaneously in electronic format or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer are exempt from the right of withdrawal.**

Because provisioning occurs immediately upon subscription activation, the digital service is considered fully performed. Consequently, **no refunds or withdrawals are available** on purchased annual plans.

3. Cancellations & Auto-Renewals

Users can cancel their membership's auto-renewal at any time directly through their dashboard account parameters. Following cancellation, you will retain access to premium limits until the end of the current billing cycle. At the end of the cycle, the tier automatically shifts back to the Free plan.
