Distance Sale Contract

This Distance Sale Contract ("Contract") is compiled between the SELLER and the BUYER (User) detailed below for purchasing the digital service offered through the SELLER's ForeverQRcode web portal.

Any registered user who purchases the ForeverQRcode premium subscription plan and completes the transaction.
Article 2: Subject of the Contract
The subject of this Contract is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with Consumer Protection Laws and Distance Contracts regulations regarding the sale and electronic delivery of the digital subscription service (ForeverQRcode Paid Plan) ordered by the BUYER.

Article 4: General Terms
4.1. The BUYER declares that they have read the pre-information regarding the essential specifications of the service, sales price, and payment method on the website, and provided the necessary confirmation in electronic format.
4.2. The service is provisioned to the BUYER's account instantaneously upon successful completion of the transaction. There is no physical delivery or shipping involved.
4.3. The SELLER is responsible for maintaining the system infrastructure required to ensure the service runs securely and in compliance with specified parameters.
Article 5: Right of Withdrawal Exceptions
In compliance with Distance Contracts regulations: **"contracts concerning services executed instantly in electronic format or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer" are exempt from the right of withdrawal.**
As the digital premium features are provisioned and activated instantly on the BUYER's profile upon payment, **no right of withdrawal or refund is available.** The BUYER agrees to this exemption upon purchase.
Article 6: Jurisdiction & Governing Law
Any dispute arising from the execution of this Contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and the **Courts and Execution Offices of Istanbul (Anadolu)** shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
