In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and GDPR, your personal data will be processed by Syllanthro Kreatif Pazarlama Ve Web Tasarım Limited Şirketi as the data controller within the scope outlined below.

2. Personal Data We Process

Within the scope of your registration and use of the platform, the following data is processed:

• Identity & Contact Info: Your email address and securely hashed password.
• Transaction & Security Log Data: Authentication logs, redirect target links, target link modification events and history (to enforce security policies and update rate limits), scanner user-agent, and referrer parameters. For privacy-by-design, scanner IP addresses are not stored on our database.
• Billing Info: Factual billing address and payment reference codes provided by the secure payment gateway provider. Credit card details are processed directly by the payment handler and never touch our servers.

3. Processing Purposes

Your personal data is processed to generate and verify accounts, report dynamic scan volume analytics, draft legal billing invoices, and deliver system and verification emails via our secure mail infrastructure (Resend).

4. Data Transfers

Your personal data may be shared with our email delivery partner (Resend) to deliver account activations, and legal authorities if requested in compliance with regulatory obligations.
