Terms of Service & Agreement

Last Updated: June 11, 2026

1. Parties and Acceptance of Terms

This Terms of Service and Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded between all individual and corporate users ("User") who use the dynamic QR code redirection, rule-based scheduling, and scan analytics services ("Service") offered on the ForeverQRcode website and applications, and our company as the data controller.

By registering, creating an account, or using the Services, you represent that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms in this Agreement.

2. Description and Scope of Service

The Service is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) and infrastructure platform that enables Users to create dynamic QR codes whose destination URLs can be edited at any time, schedule redirects based on date, time, or day of the week, and report scan analytics metrics.

3. Uptime, Infrastructure, and Outage Limitations (Crucial Disclaimer)

We put forth maximum effort to ensure the Service runs continuously and without errors. However, the availability of the Service (Uptime) is directly dependent on the performance, network routes, and potential outages of third-party cloud hosting providers, database infrastructures, DNS providers, and internet carriers.

Accordingly, the User acknowledges and agrees that ForeverQRcode does not warrant 100% uninterrupted service, and cannot be held responsible for server downtime, database connection issues, DNS replication delays, or upstream network disruptions.

4. Physical Print and Collateral Liability (Important Limit of Liability)

Printing dynamic QR codes onto physical product packaging, vehicle wraps, business cards, signs, brochures, or any other permanent printed material ("Physical Print") is entirely the User's responsibility.

The User must perform test scans of all customized codes digitally to verify redirect paths, dynamic scheduling rules, and pattern scan reliability before placing any physical print orders.

**In no event shall ForeverQRcode be held liable for any reprinting costs, distribution fees, marketing campaigns, or lost profits/collateral damages** resulting from system outages, routing server downtime, or the platform domain being blacklisted by search engines or antivirus software (due to user violations or malicious targets). Our total cumulative liability is strictly capped at the amount paid by the User to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

5. Prohibited Abuse, Security Measures, and Content Policies

The User is solely responsible for ensuring that the target URLs mapped to their QR codes redirect to lawful, safe, and authenticated web resources. Dynamic redirects pointing to phishing, malware, scams, illegal gambling, copyright infringement, or adult content are strictly prohibited.

To ensure the security and integrity of our platform and users, the following automated safeguards and limits are enforced:

  • Automated Connectivity & DNS Verification: All entered target URLs are automatically verified to ensure they resolve via DNS and are actively reachable. Unreachable or invalid addresses cannot be saved.
  • Threat Intelligence & Security Scanning: To safeguard redirects, destination URLs are checked against secure DNS filters (such as Cloudflare Security) and third-party threat databases (such as VirusTotal) to detect malware, phishing, unwanted software, and other online threats. Malicious links are blocked automatically.
  • Redirect Loop Prevention: To prevent service disruption, any destination URLs pointing back to our own domain or local system routes that could create redirect loops are blocked.
  • Rate Limiting on Modifications: To protect resources and ensure routing security, modifications to any dynamic target URL are restricted to a maximum of once per day (every 24 hours) per QR code.

Accounts or QR routing nodes flagged by our automated systems or user abuse reports will be **immediately suspended or permanently terminated without refund or prior notice.**

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from the use of this Service or this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and the **Courts and Execution Offices of Istanbul (Anadolu)** shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
